 " 2-1-1 " offers that one-stop service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Callers talk to information and referral specialists who have the community's most extensive database at their fingertips. Currently, callers in these counties can dial 2-1-1: (Nebraska) Douglas, Sarpy, Dodge, Cass, Washington, Saunders, Lancaster, Howard, Hall, Hamilton, Merrick, Kearney, Dawson, Buffalo, Phelps, Gosper, Harlan, Franklin, Adams, Boone, Butler, Clay, Colfax, Dakota, Nance, Nuckolls, Platte, Polk, Scotts Bluff, Webster, Wayne, Dixon, Burt, Cuming, Thayer and Thurston Counties
and (Iowa) Pottawattamie, Harrison, Mills, Cass, Shelby, Montgomery, Fremont and Page Counties.
